The residential project at Andrahalli was yet another opportunity to prove our mettle as a preferred engineering partner for cost-effective construction. We had the chance to bring out our building science skills to design and execute a beautifully ventilated home in a restricted plot of 20ftX30ft. This was an opportunity to prove to the client aswell as have a big morale boost that cost-effective compact homes are indeed our specialized area. The project was completed in 8months and the outcome is a premium quality home with fantastic interior finishes. All this was managed within the given budget and timeline.
