This is an example of a fast-track project which we completed on time with complete adherence to structural standards. The client required 1st-floor construction. The site analysis revealed that the structure was not entirely suitable for first-floor construction as the foundation was not designed appropriately. We did a thorough literature review and consulted the experts in the field to take up retrofitting in the Plinth level. The first floor was constructed using lightweight Clay blocks. This way we achieved structural stability as well as sustainability.
