This has been One of the challenging projects for us which gave us immense confidence and a great customer satisfaction. The residential project was taken over by us at the Plinth level as the Landowner had greatly suffered from the unprofessional delays from previous contractor. Taking over at this stage and handing over the project on time was a calculated risk which paid off in terms of a truly well implemented project.
