We had used Portherm Clay blocks (Vertical Perforation) for load-bearing walls, Portherm Clay blocks have got maximum Compression strength of 7.5 N/mm2 which is good enough to design a building for Ground + 2. this could avoid a lot of steel & Concrete which will save your cost.
